I believe that doctors must keep the right to make their own conscience decisions on the types of procedures they perform. It is absolutely crucial that our consciences are not ruled by law, thereby removing the freedom to make our own conscience decisions. This then goes without saying, that a doctor who consciencely can't perform a medical procedure, for instance to commit murder by means of abortion or euthanasia, also must not then be forced to have to give a referral to a doctor who will perform this procedure. This would make the doctor an accomplice to the crime which goes against his moral principal and conscience.
